Common use of Conditions Precedent to Obligation of Sellers Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent to Obligation of Sellers. The obligation of Sellers to proceed with the Closing is subject to the fulfillment prior to or at Closing of the conditions set forth in this Section. Any one or more of these conditions may be waived, in whole or in part, by a majority in interest of the Sellers.
