Conditions Precedent to Initial Borrowing The initial Borrowing under this Agreement is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent, except as otherwise agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Conditions Precedent to the Initial Extension of Credit The obligation of each Lender to make its initial extension of credit provided for hereunder, is subject to the fulfillment, to the satisfaction of Agent and each Lender of each of the conditions precedent set forth on Schedule 3.1 (the making of such initial extension of credit by a Lender being conclusively deemed to be its satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent).
Conditions Precedent to Borrowing The obligation of the Liquidity Provider to make an Advance on the occasion of each Borrowing shall be subject to the conditions precedent that the Effective Date shall have occurred and, prior to the date of such Borrowing, the Borrower shall have delivered a Notice of Borrowing which conforms to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and has been completed as may be required by the relevant form of the Notice of Borrowing for the type of Advances requested.
Conditions Precedent to the Initial Advance The obligations of the Banks hereunder and the obligation of each Bank to make the Initial Advance are subject to the condition precedent that Administrative Agent shall have received and approved on or before the Closing Date (other than with respect to paragraph (10) below which shall be required prior to the Initial Advance) each of the following documents, and each of the following requirements shall have been fulfilled:

Conditions Precedent to the Loans The obligations of the Banks hereunder and the obligation of each Bank to make the Initial Advance are subject to the condition precedent that Administrative Agent shall have received on or before the Execution Date (other than with respect to paragraphs (11), (14) and (18) below, which shall be required by the Closing Date) each of the following documents, and each of the following requirements shall have been fulfilled:
Conditions Precedent to Each Borrowing and Issuance The obligation of each Lender to make an Advance (other than an Advance made by any Issuing Bank or any Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c)) on the occasion of each Borrowing and the obligation of each Issuing Bank to issue a Letter of Credit shall be subject to the conditions precedent that the Effective Date shall have occurred and on the date of such Borrowing or such Issuance (as the case may be) the following statements shall be true (and each of the giving of the applicable Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Issuance and the acceptance by the Borrower of the proceeds of such Borrowing or such Issuance shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that on the date of such Borrowing or such Issuance such statements are true):
Conditions Precedent to Initial Loans In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 6.2, Lenders shall not be required to fund any requested Loan, issue any Letter of Credit, or otherwise extend credit to Borrowers hereunder, until the date (“Closing Date”) that each of the following conditions has been satisfied:
Conditions Precedent to the Loan The obligation of Lender to make the Loan hereunder is subject to the fulfillment by Borrower or waiver by Lender of the following conditions precedent no later than the Closing Date:
Conditions to Initial Borrowing The obligation of each Lender to extend credit to the Borrower and of each Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit hereunder on the Closing Date is subject only to the satisfaction, or waiver in accordance with Section 11.01, of each of the following conditions precedent, except as otherwise agreed between the Borrower and the Required Lenders:
