Conditions Related to Initial Employment. Upon initial employment, non-certificated support service employees shall be employed on a probationary status for a period of ninety (90) work days. During this ninety (90) day period, the probationary employee may be discharged at the sole discretion of the Board and said discharge is not subject to review through the grievance procedure or ORC 3319.
