Conditions to Funding Advances. Lender shall not be obligated to fund any Advance under any of the Loans to Borrowers on the Closing Date or on any other date if:

Conditions to Funding Advances. No Advance shall be requested by the Enterprise and the Bank shall have no obligation to honor an Advance Request except in accordance with the provisions and upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
