Conditions to Initial Extension of Credit Under Original Credit Agreement. The obligation of the Lenders to make Extensions of Credit under the Original Credit Agreement was subject to the satisfaction (or waiver) of the condition precedent that the Effective Date had occurred not more than five Business Days prior thereto (or occurred simultaneously therewith) and to the satisfaction (or waiver) of additional conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.2 of the Original Credit Agreement on the Closing Date.
