CONDITIONS TO SELLER’ OBLIGATION TO CLOSE. The obligation of the Seller to consummate the transactions provided for hereby are subject to the satisfaction, before or on the Closing Date, of each of the conditions set forth below in this Section 7.1, any of which may be waived by the Seller.
CONDITIONS TO SELLER’ OBLIGATION TO CLOSE. The obligation of Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions as of the Closing Date:
