Condominium Map Sample Clauses

Condominium Map. Nothing in the Condominium Map is intended to be or is a representation or warranty by Seller.

Condominium Map. BAHA shall, at BAHA's cost, file all applications and take all other actions necessary to obtain all required approvals of (1) with respect to the Unit, a condominium map establishing the Unit as a separate legal parcel and shall cause the condominium map to be recorded in the Official Records of the City and County of San Francisco as expeditiously as is commercial reasonable and (2) with respect to the ABAG Unit, a condominium map establishing the ABAG Unit as a legal parcel owned by BAHA and shall cause the condominium map to be recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda as expeditiously as is commercial reasonable.

Condominium Map. The Condominium Map for the Project, as amended, which has been filed with the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii and the Real Estate Commission is intended only to show the layout, location, Unit numbers and dimensions of the Units and approximate elevations and parking plans of the Project. Buyer acknowledges that the Condominium Map, consisting of the floor plans and elevations, is not intended to be and does not constitute any representation or warranty by Seller.

Condominium Map. Nothing in the Condominium Map is intended to be or is a representation or warranty by Seller. For example, bathrooms may have more or fewer sinks than shown on the Condominium Map and the bathroom tubs may be shaped differently than shown on the Condominium Map. Buyer accepts each of the foregoing conditions set forth in this Paragraph 3(d) as well as any inconvenience or annoyance which Buyer may experience as a result of such conditions and expressly waives any rights, claims or action which Buyer might otherwise have against Seller or third parties as a result of such circumstances.

Condominium Map. The Buyer acknowledges that the Condominium Map for the Project is intended to show only the layout, location, apartment numbers and dimensions of the apartments and THE BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE CONDOMINIUM MAP IS NOT INTENDED TO BE AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY BY THE SELLER. The Seller makes no representations or warranties whatsoever as to the size or dimensions of the yard area appurtenant to any particular apartment.

Condominium Map. The Condominium Map for Honua Kai which has been or will be filed in the Land Court, the Bureau and the Real Estate Commission is intended only to show the layout, location, unit numbers and dimensions of the units, approximate elevations of Honua Kai, the parking plan, the pools, and any other detail which is specifically required to be shown under Section 514B-33 of the Act. Buyer acknowledges that the Condominium Map, consisting of the floor plans and elevations, is not intended to be and does not constitute any representation or warranty by Seller to construct or install any other improvements, amenities or facilities as may be depicted thereon. In no event shall the building plans and specifications or any artist’s renderings or models constitute a representation or warranty by Seller.
