Condominium Map. BAHA shall, at BAHA's cost, file all applications and take all other actions necessary to obtain all required approvals of (1) with respect to the Unit, a condominium map establishing the Unit as a separate legal parcel and shall cause the condominium map to be recorded in the Official Records of the City and County of San Francisco as expeditiously as is commercial reasonable and (2) with respect to the ABAG Unit, a condominium map establishing the ABAG Unit as a legal parcel owned by BAHA and shall cause the condominium map to be recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda as expeditiously as is commercial reasonable.
Condominium Map. The Condominium Map for the Project, as amended, which has been filed with the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii and the Real Estate Commission is intended only to show the layout, location, Unit numbers and dimensions of the Units and approximate elevations and parking plans of the Project. Buyer acknowledges that the Condominium Map, consisting of the floor plans and elevations, is not intended to be and does not constitute any representation or warranty by Seller.

In no event shall the building plans and specifications or any artist’s renderings or models constitute a representation or warranty by Seller.
Condominium Map. The Buyer acknowledges that the Condominium Map for the Project is intended to show only the layout, location, apartment numbers and dimensions of the apartments and THE BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE CONDOMINIUM MAP IS NOT INTENDED TO BE AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY BY THE SELLER. The Seller makes no representations or warranties whatsoever as to the size or dimensions of the yard area appurtenant to any particular apartment.

In the event that the Original Lease requires the approval of Landlord prior to any subletting of the Premises by Tenant, then the validity of this Sublease is subject to securing the approval of Landlord. Tenant shall supply Subtenant a copy of Landlord’s written approval at least days prior to the start date of the Term. Should Tenant fail to secure approval of this Sublease by Landlord prior such date, this Sublease shall be null and void. Landlord may require information from Subtenant such as a bank statement or may seek to do a background and credit check on Subtenant and, in such case, Subtenant agrees to reasonably cooperate in all such matters. ☐ Tenant does NOT require Landlord’s written approval to sublet the Premises.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS Improvements placed on National Forest System land at the direction of either of the parties, shall thereupon become property of the United States, and shall be subject to the same regulations and administration of the Forest Service as other National Forest improvements of a similar nature. No part of this instrument shall entitle the cooperator to any share or interest in the project other than the right to use and enjoy the same under the existing regulations of the Forest Service.
