Condominium Unit-Owner Additions. If the insured premises are a condominium-unit, you may apply up to 10 percent of the Coverage C limit of liability to cover direct loss by perils insured against to permanent fixtures, alterations, decorations or additions you own within your condominium unit. This does not include parts of the building structure, or other property such as utility lines, situated in easements within the unit.
