Civil Authority. We" do not pay for loss caused by order of any civil authority, including seizure, confiscation, destruction, or quarantine of property. "We" do cover loss resulting from acts of destruction by the civil authority to prevent the spread of fire, unless the fire is caused by a peril excluded under this coverage.
Civil Authority. This means loss, including seizure, confiscation or destruction of property, caused by order of any civil authority. We pay for loss resulting from acts of destruction by civil authority to prevent the spread of fire as long as the fire did not originate from a peril excluded by this policy.
Civil Authority. “We” do not pay for loss caused by the confiscation, destruction, or seizure of property covered under Coverage A, Coverage B, or Coverage C by order of civil authority.

The Insurer(s) agree to extend the insurance provided by this Form to apply to your loss of “gross profit”, incurred necessary “extra expense” or loss of “rental value” if you are denied access to any scheduled location by a Government authority, due to damage to other property nearby, for up to maximum of 30 days or as specified on the Declarations for any one “Occurrence”. This Extension of Coverage only applies if the other property involved has been damaged by an “insured peril”. Civil Authority. We do not pay for a loss which results from order of civil authority. We pay for loss which results from acts of a civil authority to prevent the spread of fire. We do not pay if the fire was caused by an excluded peril.
Civil Authority. When a covered cause of loss causes damage to property other than property at the described premises, we will pay for the actual loss of business income you sustain and necessary extra expense caused by action of civil authority that prohibits access to the described premises. This coverage will apply for a period of up to 30 consecutive days from the date of the civil authority action.
