CONDUCT BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES SURVEYS AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING. a. A-E shall perform biological resources surveys and prepare reports to a level adequate to obtain or meet the compliance reporting requirements of the required Clean Water Act Section 404, exemptions, letters of permission, individual permits or nationwide permits from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers; Section 1600 Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreements, Section 2010 Consistency Determinations or Section 2081 Incidental Take Permits from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife; Section 401 waste discharge permits from two Regional Water Quality Control Boards or State Water Resources Control Board; and Coastal Zone Management Act Consistency approval from the California Coastal Commission.
