Price Increases/Decreases. No price increases will be permitted during the term of this Contract. All price decreases will automatically be extended to County.
Price Increases/Decreases. No price increases will be permitted during the first annual period of the Contract. All price decreases will automatically be extended to the County. The County requires bona fide proof of cost increases on Contracts prior to any price adjustment. A minimum of ninety (90) days advance notice in writing is required to secure such adjustment. No retroactive price adjustments will be considered. The County may enforce, adjust, negotiate, or cancel escalating price Contracts or take any other action it deems appropriate, as it sees fit. The net dollar amount of profit will remain firm during the period of the Contract. Adjustments increasing the Contractor’s profit will not be allowed.

SUPPLIER may, at any time during the term of this Agreement, increase its prices for the Products by providing DISTRIBUTOR with at least sixty (60) days prior written notice. Increased prices for all Products shall not apply to purchase orders accepted prior to the effective date of the price increase unless such orders provide for delivery, and delivery is in fact made, more than one-hundred and twenty (120) days after the date of acceptance of the order. Price decreases with respect to all Products shall be effective immediately upon written notice to the DISTRIBUTOR on all such Products not yet delivered.

County and District may enforce, adjust, negotiate, or cancel escalating price Contracts or take any other action it deems appropriate, as it sees fit. The net dollar amount of profit will remain firm during the period of the Contract.

All price decreases will automatically be extended to the County of Orange. The County may enforce, negotiate, or cancel escalating price Contracts or take any other action it deems appropriate. The net dollar amount of profit will remain firm during the period of the Contract. Adjustments increasing the A-E profit will not be allowed.

Price Increases/Decreases. In the event costs increase or decrease by ten percent (10%) or more as a result of a change in the Standards, labor costs, material costs, rent, custom charges, taxes, import or export duties, freight costs or utility rates, Seller shall provide Buyer documentation supporting such cost increases or decreases in a form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer. Upon Buyer’s reasonable satisfaction and confirmation of the increased or decreased costs, the increased or decreased costs shall be reflected in a subsequent written memorandum signed by the Parties and expressly referring to this Agreement. Any increase or decrease in purchase price shall become effective thirty (30) days after Buyer and Seller determine such increase or decrease. Neither Party may exercise this provision more than once in any six (6) month period. In any such review, Seller will disclose the prior (e.g., as of the Effective Date or as of the last evaluation) values of all of the above variables as well as the current values of all of the above
Price Increases/Decreases. No price increases will be permitted during the first period of the Contract. All price decreases will automatically be extended to the County. A request for rate increases upon contract renewal must be submitted by January 31st prior to the commencement of the renewal period, and must be supported by documentation acceptable to the County Project Manager. An increase exceeding 10% of the base average project key classification billing rate of $82.63/hour identified in Attachment E, Section 1 will require Board of Supervisor approval.
Price Increases/Decreases. (a) For purposes of this Section 5, the following terms have the definitions set forth below:
Price Increases/Decreases. 1. En Pointe shall have the right to increase fees for the telephony services described above based on any increases in prices imposed on En Pointe by the Provider, whether cost increases or an increase in taxes or tariffs. Taxes and Tariffs are always subject to increase and En Pointe is contractually bound to accept any Tax and/or Tariff increases.
2. En Pointe will provide EPGS with the benefit of any price decrease.
3. The amounts stated in the Tables above are based on the usage costs for the period January 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008, averaged, and monthly charges may increase based on overage usage beyond the allocated usage minutes under the applicable plan for a particular facility.
4. Local toll calls and long distance calls (“Tolls”) made out of Rancho Cucamonga, Mumbai, India, Gardena, and Pakistan which exceed any minutes provided under a plan, will be billed separately and will be charged to the party having made such calls. The amount of Tolls cannot be determined at this time.
5. Taxes, Tariffs, and surcharges, and other charges not specifically related to the Telephonic Services for any shared location will be shared by En Pointe and EPGS in the same manner and pursuant to the same formulas as the telephony services are shared.
