Common use of Conduct of Arbitration Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Arbitration Proceedings. Such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and shall be carried on at the Arbitration Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce of Singapore, under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
