Expenses of Arbitration. Each party shall pay one-half of the fees and expenses of the Arbitrator.
Expenses of Arbitration. Arbitrator fee and expenses shall be paid by the losing party. If, in the opinion of the arbitrator, neither party can be considered the losing party, then such expenses shall be divided as in the arbitrator's judgment is equitable. All other expenses shall be borne exclusively by the party requiring the service or item for which payment is to be made.
Expenses of Arbitration. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator and the cost of a transcript shall be borne equally by the Employer and the Union. However, each party shall be responsible for compensating its own representatives and witnesses.
Expenses of Arbitration. The fee and expenses of the arbitrator and the cost of a written transcript shall be divided equally between the City and the Union, provided, however, that each party shall be responsible for compensating its own repre- sentatives and witnesses.
Expenses of Arbitration. Each party shall pay its own expenses and costs of arbitration; the remuneration and disbursements of the Arbitrator, and of stenographic and other expenses of the Arbitration Board, shall be paid equally by the Union and the College.

(a) the fees and expenses of the nominee it appoints;
(b) one-half (½) of the fees and expenses of the Chairperson.

Each party shall bear the expense of its own arbitrator (whether selected by that party, or by the other party pursuant to the procedures set out in Section 11.01) and related outside attorneys' fees, and shall equally bear with the other party the expenses of the third arbitrator and of the arbitration.
Expenses of Arbitration. In the event that the arbitrator finds for either party, in the whole, the arbitration fees shall be paid by the losing party. If the award is less than whole, all fees of the arbitrator will be shared equally. All other costs of arbitration shall be the responsibility of the party incurring the costs.
Expenses of Arbitration. Each party shall bear its own expenses. All fees and expenses of the arbitrator and court reporter shall be borne and paid in full and shared equally by the parties. Unless jointly requested, the cost of a transcript shall be paid separately by the party requesting the transcript. If the arbitrator disagrees with the Court’s disciplinary decision, the Court shall furnish a certified copy of the record of the proceedings before the arbitrator to the Union without cost.
Expenses of Arbitration. Both Parties to the Arbitration shall pay for all their own expenses and one-half of the fees and expenses of the Arbitrator if not covered by Section 103 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia.
