Conduct of Matters Before FWA. (a) Subject to any agreement between the parties to the dispute in relation to a particular dispute or grievance and the provisions of this clause, in dealing with a dispute or grievance through conciliation or arbitration, FWA will conduct the matter in accordance with the Act.
