Common use of Conduct of Project Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Project. 3.1 The Proponent shall carry out the Project promptly, diligently and in a professional manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 3.2 The Proponent shall complete the Project by MARCH 31, 2000. 3.3 The Proponent shall comply with all federal, provincial and municipal laws in relation to the Project.

Conduct of Project. 3.1 4.1 The Proponent shall carry out the Project promptly, diligently and in a professional manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 3.2 4.2 The Proponent shall complete reach the Project Completion by MARCH 31the Project Completion Date, 2000unless terminated earlier pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. 3.3 4.3 The Proponent shall comply with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws in relation to the Project.
