Grant Period. CAC funds for this grant may not be used to support activities, programs or services outside of the following Grant Period (Grant Term of Agreement): June 1, 2017 – May 31, 2018.
Grant Period. The grantee will have up to three years from the start of the fiscal year in which funds are appropriated to complete the project. If the project is not completed within three years from the start of the fiscal year in which funds are appropriated, the contract shall be terminated and the project funds shall be reverted to the Authority, unless the Authority authorizes an amendment to extend the project agreement.
Grant Period. Our shared understanding of the time frame for this Grant is set out above. Grantee will promptly advise the Borrin Foundation if there are any issues with the time frame. Both parties will enter into discussions in good faith about any timing issues. The Borrin Foundation may extend the Grant period at its discretion.
Grant Period. The period in which the Project will be performed (“Grant Period”) is within twelve (12) months from the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Grant Period. 7.1 The grant period starts on the date set out in the Schedule ("Contract Start Date") and ends on the earlier of:
(a) the date 24 months after the Contract Start Date; and
(b) the date this Agreement is terminated under clauses 6.4(c) or 8, ("Grant Period").

Grant Period. The grant is effective when the SMASS FY 2023-2024 Grant Agreement is signed by both the Grantee and the City, and will cover July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The Grantee may incur eligible grant-related costs for this time period. Funding not expended by the conclusion of the funding period must be returned to the City.
Grant Period. Grant funds will be available to the Grantee for one year from the date of this agreement.
Grant Period. The Grant Period (the “Grant Period”) shall commence upon the date that is twelve (12) months following the issuance of the first Certificate of Occupancy to the first lessee or user in the LIFESTYLE COMPONENT, which must occur no later than sixty (60) months following the Effective Date. If the Grant Period as defined herein has not commenced after sixty (60) months following the Effective Date, the COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing to APPLICANT thirty (30) day written notice of such termination.
