Conduct of the Project. In consideration of the provision of the Funds, the Recipient must perform the Project: within the Project Period; in accordance with all applicable laws; so as to deliver the Project Outcomes and meet all reporting requirements; and otherwise in accordance with this Agreement. The Recipient is fully responsible for the performance of the Project and must not (unless otherwise stated in the Schedule) subcontract any aspect of the Project. The Recipient must ensure that the Personnel of the Recipient will perform work in relation to the Project in accordance with this Agreement.
