Conduct on Premises. Tenant shall not do, or permit anything to be done in the Premises, or bring or keep anything therein which shall, in any way, increase the rate of fire insurance on the Building, or invalidate or conflict with the fire insurance policies on the Building, fixtures or on property kept therein, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of Landlord or of other tenants, or in any other way injure or annoy Landlord or the other tenants, or subject Landlord to any liability for injury to persons or damage to property, or interfere with the good order of the Building, or conflict with Applicable Laws. Tenant agrees that any increase of fire insurance premiums on the Building or contents caused by the occupancy of Tenant and any expense or cost incurred in consequence of negligence or carelessness or the willful action of Tenant, Tenant’s employees, agents, servants, or invitees shall, as they accrue be added to the rent heretofore reserved and be paid as a part thereof; and Landlord shall have all the rights and remedies for the collection of same as are conferred upon Landlord for the collection of rent provided to be paid pursuant to the terms of this Lease.

Conduct on Premises. Caterer represents, warrants and agrees that it will conduct all of its activities on University's premises in a manner that (1) does not disturb or interfere with University's programs or activities; (2) does not interfere with entry to, or exit from, any building, structure, or facility; (3) does not interfere with the flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic on sidewalks, streets, or buildings; (4) does not harass or intimidate any persons.
Conduct on Premises. Caterer represents, warrants and agrees that it will conduct all of its activities on University's premises in a manner that (1) does not disturb or interfere with University's academic programs or administrative activities or any program or activity that is conducted by or is authorized by University or the U.T. System; (2) does not interfere with entry to or exit from a building, structure, or facility; (3) does not interfere with the flow of pedestrians or vehicular traffic on sidewalks or streets or at places of ingress and egress to and from University property, buildings, or facilities; (4) does not harass, or intimidate any person or persons; and (5) provides appropriate protection for the privacy of University's students, faculty, and staff, including without limitation, Caterer's adherence to all applicable laws and industry standards for preserving the confidentiality of personal financial information and personal identification numbers.
Conduct on Premises. Landlord represents as of the date of execution of this Lease that Tenant's permitted use of the Premises pursuant to the terms of Section 4 hereof will not increase the rate of fire insurance on the Building, fixtures or on property kept therein. Similarly, Tenant covenants and agrees that it will not use or allow the Premises to be used for the storage, use, treatment or disposal of any "hazardous substance," as defined under either the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended (42 USC 9601 et seq.), or Section 7-218 et seq. of the Maryland Health and Environmental Code, annotated, as amended. Conduct on Premises. While on the premises of the Premises pursuant to this Agreement, Producer will comply with all directives of WCS regarding the safety and well-being of any WCS animal, visitor, staff member or property. Producer will not cause disturbance, discomfort or injury to any animal on the premises of the Premises, as such may be determined by WCS in its sole discretion. Producer will not bring any animals (except service animals) or plants onto the premises of the Premises. Producer shall leave the premises of the Premises in the same condition as when entered upon by it, reasonable wear and tear excepted. WCS reserves the right at all times to conduct its scientific, educational and charitable activities and its programs as it determines in its sole discretion.
Conduct on Premises. A. Occupants shall maintain good relations with the neighbors. Please refrain from any conduct, and ensure any guests refrain, that a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb other residents, while in the premises itself, or in the surrounding public areas and parking areas.
