Conducting Negotiations. 4-3-1: During negotiations the parties will agree on protocols, present relevant data, exchange points of view, and may make proposals and counter-proposals appropriate to the negotiations process. Upon request of either party, the other shall make available for inspection the recorded data pertinent to the subject of negotiating, provided such data is available under current statutes.
