Conducting Negotiations. a. All items for negotiations shall be submitted at the first meeting. No additional items shall be added unless by mutual consent of the representatives of the Board and the representatives of the Association. b. At all negotiation sessions, each team shall be composed of not more than seven (7) persons. The Board shall select its team members; and the Association shall select its team members; and neither party shall select a member of the other party as a member of its team. c. Each party may have in attendance a maximum of two (2) observers in the sessions at any time.
