Common use of Conduits Clause in Contracts

Conduits. (a) Not to do anything whereby the flush or drainage system of the Land may be clogged or impaired. (b) Not to allow any noxious, dangerous, poisonous, corrosive or objectionable effluent to be discharged into any Conduit on the Land and to ensure that discharged effluent will not corrode or be harmful to the flush or drainage system of the Land. (c) Not to allow sewage or refuse water to flow from the Land onto any adjoining land or to allow any waste to be deposited on the Land and to remove all refuse and waste in a proper manner.
