Wiring. When wiring of any kind is introduced, it must be connected as directed by Landlord, and no boring or cutting for wires will be allowed, except with the prior written consent of Landlord. The location of telephones, call boxes, telephone boards, and other office equipment in the Premises shall be prescribed by Landlord.
Wiring. All inside wiring located in the Premises is owned by the Customer and is the Customer’s responsibility regardless if EPB installed the inside wiring. Ownership of the inside wiring begins twelve (12) inches from where the wiring enters the outside of the Premises. EPB has no responsibility for the operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, or support of any inside wiring. At Customer’s request, EPB may install or repair your inside wiring and will charge you for this service.
Wiring. Landlord will direct electricians as to where and how telephone, telegraph, electrical communication and data transmissions wires, cables and/or conduits are to be introduced or installed. No boring or cutting for wires will be allowed without the prior written consent of Landlord. Wiring a) All building electrical systems wiring smaller that AWG # 10 shall be copper.
b) All electrical circuits or main feeders shall be solid tubular (Non‐flexible) type conduit. Flexible conduit is only acceptable as a 6‐foot whip for either light fixtures or power poles.
c) All receptacles and switches shall be a minimum of specification grade quality.
d) Emergency circuit receptacles, switches, or devices shall have color RED bodies.
e) If surface mounted raceway is required and non‐exposed conduit is not feasible then painted “Wiremold” is required.
f) All wiring to be labeled.
Wiring. All control wiring and all power wiring from the equipment input terminals to the motor. Handrail and all handrail drive components. Missing step detector, handrail speed detector, handrail inlet switches, step up-thrust inlet switches, comb plate impact device, skirt switches, pit and motor stop switches, access cover switches, out-of-level step switches, emergency stop and inspection switches, alarm on the stop switch cover, broken step chain switches, key start switches, and brake temperature switch. All step chains, guidance and alignment components and demarcation lights. Balustrades and decks will be examined and adjusted, aligned, and fastened as needed.
Wiring. You agree that Xxxxxx and its authorized agents may disconnect your existing service to the local telephone company, and that Xxxxxx or its authorized agent may disconnect, rearrange, splice or otherwise manipulate the existing telephone wiring in or on your premises in order to connect the premises to the Service.
Wiring. All wiring for relays and meters shall be with PVC insulated copper conductor wires. The wiring shall be coded and labelled with approved ferrules for identification. The minimum size of copper conductor control wires shall be 1.5 sq. mm.

No apparatus, other than normal office machines and equipment of any kind shall be connected with the electric wiring of the Leased Premises and/or the Building without the written consent of the Landlord.
Wiring. All wiring for space heaters shall be done with insulated stranded copper conductor of not less than 2.5 sqmm cross section. Each wire shall be identified at both ends with wire designation as per contractor‟s wiring diagram and shall be brought out to a terminal box outside the bus duct.
Wiring. No electric wires, or any other electrical apparatus, or additional electrical outlets, shall be installed except with written request to and written approval from Lessor. Any installation of above wiring shall be removed by Lessor at Lessee's expense. Lessor reserves the right to enter upon the leased premises for the purpose of installing additional electrical wiring and other utilities for the benefit of the Lessee or adjoining tenants. Lessor will direct electricians as to where and how telephone and telegraph wires are to be introduced. The location of telephones, call boxes and other equipment affixed to the premises shall be subject to the approval of Lessor.
