Wiring. When wiring of any kind is introduced, it must be connected as directed by Landlord, and no boring or cutting for wires will be allowed, except with the prior written consent of Landlord. The location of telephones, call boxes, telephone boards, and other office equipment in the Premises shall be prescribed by Landlord.

Wiring. All inside wiring located in the Premises is owned by the Customer and is the Customer’s responsibility regardless if EPB installed the inside wiring. Ownership of the inside wiring begins twelve (12) inches from where the wiring enters the outside of the Premises. EPB has no responsibility for the operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, or support of any inside wiring. At Customer’s request, EPB may install or repair your inside wiring and will charge you for this service.

No apparatus, other than normal office machines and equipment of any kind shall be connected with the electric wiring of the Leased Premises and/or the Building without the written consent of the Landlord.
Wiring. An in-line use holder with fuse shall be furnished and installed in un- grounded conductor between control and lamp, and as per DWG J-5135. Contractor shall furnish and install the required number of #12 conductors or larger, between socket of fire alarm luminaire and the proper terminal on the terminal board of luminaire, or the socket of other luminaire or lamp fixtures on said bracket and attach end wires to sockets in both units.
