Common use of CONE OF SILENCE Clause in Contracts

CONE OF SILENCE. This Invitation to Bid is subject to the Cone of Silence that begins the date the bid submission opens as indicated in the Bid Calendar. During this period all communications regarding this solicitation between FSA and bidder will cease, except for procedural questions, questions regarding problems incurred in the use of the bid system, or communications initiated by the FSA. All permitted communications during this period shall be made in writing to the procurement contacts identified in Section 1.01 of this Invitation to Bid. Bidders are encouraged to read the Bidder Instructions, Section 2.0.
