Conference and Convention Leaves. In proven emergency circumstances and, upon advance notice to the Superintendent or designated Administrator of not less than five (5) working days, leaves of absence, without pay, for a period not to exceed ten (10) days will be granted to employees to attend Union conferences and conventions, provided it is for at least a full day, and no more than two (2) employees are off at one time.
