Common use of Conference right Clause in Contracts

Conference right. If the Service initially determines that it cannot issue a compliance statement because the parties cannot agree upon correction or a change in administrative procedures, the Plan Sponsor (generally through the Plan Sponsor's representative) will be contacted by the Service representative and offered a conference with the Service.
