SPECIAL CONFERENCE. A. There may be established under this Article a closed forum hereinafter called "Special Conference". It is understood by the Parties that the Special Conference are not to be construed or utilized as a Grievance Hearing.
B. Special Conferences for important matters will be arranged by the Association President and the Employer by mutual consent of the Parties. The Association may appoint not more than five (5) members to represent their organization and the Employer may have a like number if it so desires. Such meetings shall be between at least two (2) Representatives of the Employer and of the Association.
C. Arrangements for the Conferences shall be made in advance and an Agenda provided, in writing, prepared by the Party requesting the Conference. The Agenda shall be presented at the time the Conference is requested. Matters taken up in Special Conference shall be confined to those matters included in the Agenda. The names of the persons to be present shall be submitted prior to the Conferences.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. It is understood that problems of mutual concern may arise from time to time. Either party may request a conference to discuss such problems. Any request for such conference by the Association shall be made through the Superintendent of Schools. Any request for such a conference by the Board shall be made through the District Association President. The agenda shall be limited to the problems indicated on the request. Any issue that would result in changes and/or additions to this Agreement shall be resolved by a Board representative, the District Association President, and the Chief Negotiator or designee of each bargaining team.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. Representatives of the Board and the Association bargaining committee will meet within five (5) days of request by either party to administer the Agreement and/or resolve problems that may arise. The meetings are not intended to by-pass the grievance procedure.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. A. Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Association President or designee and the Employer or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between two (2) representatives of the Association and two (2) representatives of management. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested. Matters taken up on special conference shall be confined to those included in the agenda. Conferences shall be held at a mutually agreeable time. The members of the Association shall not lose time or pay for time spent in such special conferences during regular working hours. This meeting may be attended by representatives of either party.
B. The Association Representatives may meet on the Employer’s property for one-half ( ½ ) hour immediately preceding and/or succeeding the conference.
C. Caucus opportunities shall be provided for the parties at such a conference.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. A. Special conferences mutually agreed upon for important matters may be arranged between the union xxxxxxx and the designated representative of the Employer upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between at least two (2) representatives of the Employer and at least two (2) representatives of the Union, but no more than three (3). Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested.
B. Matters taken up in special conference shall be confined to those included in the agenda. The members of the Union shall not lose time or pay in time spent in such special conferences. This meeting may be attended by a representative of the Council or a representative of the International Union.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. A special conference for important matters will be arranged between the Local President and designated representatives of the BOARD upon request of either party. The date and time of the conference shall be mutually agreed upon, but both parties recognize the importance of holding important conferences as early as possible.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. SECTION 1. For matters not specifically covered by this Agreement, the Parties agree to hold a special conference for the purpose of negotiating mutually satisfactory supplement to this Agreement. Such special conference will be called for this purpose within five (5) work days upon notification from the Union and/or Employer. The party requesting the special conference will prepare the agenda and only those items on the agenda will be discussed. If a special conference cannot be scheduled other than during working hours, the Xxxxxxx will not lose time or pay spent in such special conference.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. A. Special conferences for important matters may be arranged between the local President and the College or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between at least two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the College. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested. Matters taken up in special conference shall be confined to those included in the agenda. Conferences shall be held at mutually agreeable times. The employees of the bargaining unit shall not lose time or pay for the time spent in such special conferences. This meeting may be attended by a representative of the Council and/or a representative of the International Union.
B. The Union representative may meet at a place designated by the employee on the College's property for at least one-half (1/2) hour immediately preceding the conference with the representatives of the College for which a written request has been made.
C. A special conference shall be held between the Union representatives and representatives of the College quarterly to discuss contract implementation.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. A special conference shall be a meeting or session wherein both parties meet to discuss important matters. Special conferences on important matters shall be arranged between the Association President and the Chief of Police or his designated representative upon request of either party. Each party shall have at least two (2) individuals present at said conference. Arrangements shall be made in writing five (5) calendar days in advance whenever possible. An agenda of the matters to be taken up shall be presented in writing at the time the conference is requested. Matters taken up at the Special Conference shall be confined to those matters listed on the agenda.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE. (a) Special Conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Unit Chairman and the Employer or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between two (2) representatives of the Bargaining Unit. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the special conferences shall be confined to those included in the agenda. Conferences shall be held between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The members of the Union shall not lose time or pay for time spent in such special conferences. This meeting may be attended by a representative of the International Union.
(b) The Union representatives may meet at a place designated by the Employer on the Employer's property for at least one-half (½) hour immediately preceding a meeting with the representatives of the Employer for which a written request has been made.
