Common use of Conference Clause in Contracts

Conference. Promptly after the execution of the Construction Contract, the Design Professional shall confer with the Contractor, the Owner, the Program Manager (if any), and the Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member firm, and to establish working relationships with each team member.
