Confidential Class Data for the Settlement Administrator. Within 10 calendar 5 days of Preliminary Approval, Defendant will give the Settlement Administrator, in Excel or other 7 Members. Defendant shall also provide, when needed, social security numbers to facilitate the 9 Defendant strictly confidential and shall use the class data only for the purposes described in this 10 Agreement, and shall return the class data to Defendant or confirm the destruction of same upon 11 completing the work called for by this Agreement.

Confidential Class Data for the Settlement Administrator. Within 10 business 23 days of Preliminary Approval, Defendant shall provide to the Settlement Administrator a class list with 24 the contact and personal identifying information it has available for all Class Members, and identifying 25 which Groups, if any, each Class Member belongs to. Defendant shall provide Class Members’ email 26 addresses where available and, to the extent available, shall also provide each Class Members’ most 27 recent address information. If requested by the Settlement Administrator, and for the sole purpose of 28 locating Class Members otherwise not already located, Defendant shall also provide available dates of 1 birth and/or social security numbers to the Settlement Administrator.   • Settlement Administrator 1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number.

  • Final Report by Settlement Administrator Within 10 days after the Administrator disburses all funds in the Gross Settlement Amount, the Administrator will provide Class Counsel and Defense Counsel with a final report detailing its disbursements by employee identification number only of all payments made under this Agreement. At least 15 days before any deadline set by the Court, the Administrator will prepare, and submit to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel, a signed declaration suitable for filing in Court attesting to its disbursement of all payments required under this Agreement. Class Counsel is responsible for filing the Administrator's declaration in Court.

  • Certification of the Settlement Class For purposes of this Settlement only, the Parties stipulate to the certification of the Settlement Class, which is contingent upon the Court entering the Final Approval Order and Judgment of this Settlement and the occurrence of the Effective Date.
