Confidential Information, whether in written, oral, magnetic, photographic, optical, or other form and whether now existing or developed or created during the period of the Executive's relationship or engagement with the Company, excepting information obtained from general or public sources, is proprietary to the Company and is highly confidential in nature. In this regard, the Executive acknowledges that damages pursued by an action at law may not be an adequate remedy for the Executive’s breach of its obligations under this Part 4, and the Executive agrees that the Company shall be entitled to equitable remedies including but not limited to interlocutory or permanent injunctions, which the Executive agrees not to oppose.
