Continuation of Confidentiality Obligations. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the obligations set out in this Part are to remain in effect for a period of five (5) years following termination of the Executive’s relationship with the Company. The Executive further acknowledges that the obligations set out in this Part are not in substitution for any obligations which the Executive may now or hereafter owe to the Company and which exist apart from this Part 4 and do not replace any rights of the Company with respect to any such obligations.
Continuation of Confidentiality Obligations. The Consultant acknowledges and agrees that the obligations set out in this Section survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. The Consultant further acknowledges that the obligations set out in this Section are not in substitution for any obligations which the Consultant may now or hereafter owe to the Company and which exist apart from this Agreement and do not replace any rights of the Company with respect to any such obligations.

Continuation of Confidentiality Obligations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the provisions of this Part XX shall continue to bind a person after its cessation as a Party for whatever reason.
