Non-Use. Receiving Party will not use any Confidential Information of Disclosing Party for any reason other than the Purpose without the prior written consent of Disclosing Party.
Non-Use. The Executive will not use at any time, or otherwise permit any person or entity to use, any of the Confidential Information other than as required in the performance of the Executive's duties.
Non-Use. Without the prior written consent of an authorized officer of Neose, Recipient shall not, directly or indirectly, use any of the Confidential Information or Neose Technology for its own benefit or for the benefit of any Third Party.
Non-Use. In addition, in connection with the negotiation and performance of this Agreement, a Party (“Receiving Party”) may receive information from the other Party (“Disclosing Party”) which is confidential or proprietary in nature, including without limitation information about a Party’s products, systems and services (“Confidential Information”). The Receiving Party agrees that, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years thereafter, it will keep the Confidential Information in strictest confidence and protect such Confidential Information by similar security measures as it takes to protect its own Confidential Information of a similar nature, but in no event will the Receiving Party take less than reasonable care with the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party. The Receiving Party also agrees that it will not use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Non-Use. If the Customer either through its own choice or because it is unable to do so (through no fault on the part of Tennis Auckland) does not attend the Event, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund.
Non-Use. The Consultant will not use, or otherwise permit any Person to use, any of the Confidential Information at any time, except with the prior written consent of the Company or as specifically required in the performance of the Consultant's duties to the Company.
Non-Use. Recipient shall not utilize any Confidential Information it receives pursuant to this Agreement, except for the purpose of evaluating a proposed transaction with Discloser, as contemplated by this Agreement. Without limitation of the foregoing, Recipient agrees that neither Recipient nor any employees, agents, attorneys, accountants, consultants, lenders, affiliates or other third party contractors of Recipient will communicate or seek to negotiate, orally or in writing, any transaction relating to the Project with any third party, without the prior written consent or request of Discloser.
Non-Use. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that none of Licensee or its Subsidiaries has any right to use the Licensed Trademark, the Stylized Mxxx or the Licensed Trade Name or any other related marks or names anywhere in the world except pursuant to this Agreement, and that Licensee and its Subsidiaries shall refrain from use of the Licensed Trademark, the Stylized Mxxx and the Licensed Trade Name except pursuant to this Agreement.
Non-Use. Use Company Information for the benefit of himself or any other Person, other than authorized Commerce personnel.
Non-Use. The Contractor will not use, or otherwise permit any Person to use, any of the Confidential Information at any time, except with the prior written consent of the Company or as specifically required in the performance of the Contractor's duties to the Company.
