General Skills. The general skills and Residual Information and other experience gained by the Executive during the Executive's relationship with the Company, and information within the Public Domain or generally known within the industries or trades in which the Company competes, is not considered Confidential Information.
General Skills. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Subsection, the Contractor shall be free to use and employ its general skills, know-how and expertise and to use, disclose and employ any generalized ideas, concepts, know-how, methods, techniques or skills gained or learned during the course of performing services under the Contract, so long as it acquires and applies such information without disclosure of any confidential or proprietary information of the Department and without any authorized use or disclosure of Work Product developed in connection with the Contract.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Employee shall be free to use and employ his general skills, know-how, and expertise, and to use, disclose, and employ any generalized ideas, concepts, know-how, methods, techniques, or skills gained or learned during the course of any assignment, so long as he acquires and applies such information without use or disclosure of any Confidential Information of Company, without any unauthorized use or disclosure of Inventions, and without violation of the terms of Section 7 hereof.
General Skills. All employees shall have skills in processing complex tasks regarding customers, following instructions, providing on the job training to other employees, working independently of others when need be, controlling movement of persons, vehicles and stock. All employees must be qualified and competent Level 2 First Aiders. Additionally, all Employees must be able to be computer literate in Microsoft Excel.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section, each party, its Subcontractors and their personnel shall be free to use and employ its and their general skills, know-how and expertise, and to use, disclose and employ any generalized ideas, concepts, know-how, methods, techniques or skills gained or learned during the course of performing the services, so long as it or they acquire and apply the foregoing without disclosure of any confidential or proprietary information of the other party.
General Skills. Nothing in the Agreement is intended to prohibit or limit Rizse from using any “skills or knowledge of a general nature” acquired during the course of providing the Rizse Offerings. For purposes of the Agreement, “skills or knowledge of a general nature” includes, without limitation, information publicly known or that could reasonably have been acquired in similar work performed for another customer, but does not include Customer’s Confidential Information.

Limited Right of Use Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing the provisions of Section 13.4.2 (Ownership of Work Product), if the escrowed materials are delivered to the Department pursuant to the escrow agreement, the Department’s rights in and to the Contractor’s proprietary software for Medicaid pharmacy claims processing (“Contractor’s Proprietary Software”) shall be limited to the following license. The Department will have an irrevocable, fully paid-up limited license to use the Contractor’s Proprietary Software exclusively for purposes of operating the Department’s Pharmacy Point of Sale program, and for no other purpose. The Department shall hold the Contractor’s Proprietary Software confidential, and shall not disclose or make Contractor’s Proprietary Software available to any other person or entity, except any independent contractor hired by the Department for the purpose of assisting in the maintenance and support of the Contractor’s Proprietary Software. Such independent contractor shall be required to maintain the same degree of confidentiality concerning the Contractor’s Proprietary Software as the Department. The Department shall not:
(1) Copy the any of the Contractor’s Proprietary Software;
(2) Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer all or any portion of the Contractor’s Proprietary Software;
(3) Distribute, market, rent, lease or transfer to any third party any portion of the Contractor’s Proprietary Software.
