State Data Re-Use: All data exchanged shall be used expressly and solely for the purpose enumerated in this Contract. No State Data of any kind may be transmitted, exchanged, or provided to other contractors or third parties except on a case-by-case basis as specifically agreed to in writing by the Eligible User.
Confidential Information Certification. 4.1 All Qualified Persons receiving Confidential Information shall execute a certification in the form of attached Attachment A that they have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions before such persons are given access to Confidential Information. An executed original of that certification shall be maintained by Contractor, and shall be provided to MPA upon request.
