State Data definition

State Data means all confidential information, non-public data, personal data, and protected health information that is created or in any way originating with the State whether such data or output is stored on the Department’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware, or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the Department or by the Contractor. State Data includes any federal data that the Department controls or maintains, that is protected under federal laws, statutes, and regulations. The Department reserves the right to identify, during and after the Contract, additional reasonable types of categories of information that must be kept confidential under federal and state laws.

State Data means all Confidential Information and Non-Public Data that is created, controlled, maintained, owned, or in any way originating with the State of Utah or Eligible User regardless of where such data or output is stored or maintained.

State Data means all data created or in any way originating with the State, and all data that is the output of computer processing of or other electronic manipulation of any data that was created by or in any way originated with the State, whether such data or output is stored on the State’s hardware, the Contractor’s hardware or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the State or by the Contractor.

Examples of State Data in a sentence

• For purposes of this Contract, in all cases and for all matters, State Data is deemed to be Confidential Information.

• Upon termination of this Contract or a Statement of Work, in whole or in part, each party must, within 5 calendar days from the date of termination, return to the other party any and all Confidential Information received from the other party, or created or received by a party on behalf of the other party, which are in such party’s possession, custody, or control; provided, however, that Contractor must return State Data to the State following the timeframe and procedure described further in this Contract.

• State Data is and will remain the sole and exclusive property of the State and all right, title, and interest in the same is reserved by the State.

• Contractor is provided a limited license to State Data for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the Contract Activities, including a license to collect, process, store, generate, and display State Data only to the extent necessary in the provision of the Contract Activities.

• Contractor will assume all costs incurred in compiling and supplying State Data.

More Definitions of State Data

State Data means any data or document created, generated, collected, or manipulated under the terms of this contract, which includes basic sketches, charts, calculations, plans, specifications, and other documents created or collected under the terms of this contract.

State Data means all data owned by the State, and submitted to, processed by, or stored by the Service Provider under this Contract and includes, but is not limited to, all data that originated with the State or Users, all data provided by the State or Users, and data generated, manipulated, produced, reported by or otherwise emanating from or by applications run by the State or Users on the Services. For clarity, State Data is synonymous with “Customer Data”, “Customer Content”, or similar terms, as used in various provisions of the service agreements and incorporated into the Contract and includes the following:

State Data means all data owned by the State, and submitted to, processed by, or stored by the Contractor under this Contract and includes, but is not limited to, all data that originated with the State or Users, all data provided by the State or Users, and data generated, manipulated, produced, reported by or otherwise emanating from or by applications run by the State or Users on the Services. For clarity, State Data is synonymous with “Customer Data”, “Customer Content”, or similar terms, as used in various provisions of the service agreements and incorporated into the Contract and includes the following:

State Data has the meaning set forth in Section 21.1.

State Data means all data submitted to, processed by, or stored in the Service Provider’s Services under this contract and includes but is not limited to all data that originated with the State, all data provided by the State or its Users, and data generated, manipulated, produced, reported by or otherwise emanating from or by applications run by the State on the Services. For clarity, State Data is synonymous with “Customer Data”, as that term is used in various provisions of the Microsoft Customer Terms and Conditions incorporated into the Contract and includes the following:

State Data means any and all geological, geophysical, drilling, well production data, well location maps and other information held or developed by the Lessor in any form in relation to the Contract Area as well as any data acquired and/or produced under the non exclusive marine seismic data acquisition and services commenced on the 26th of October 2012 in any form in relation to the Contract Area.
