Confidential Recommendations. Upon request by a teacher, any appropriate administrative officer of Unit 4 shall furnish to the chief officer of another school district or other prospective employers and placement services, a confidential description of the teacher’s services. The request for such statement shall not be construed as notice of intention to resign and shall in no way affect the teacher’s status and evaluation within the District.
