Employee Agreements The Company will cause each person now or hereafter employed by it or by any subsidiary (or engaged by the Company or any subsidiary as a consultant/independent contractor) with access to confidential information and/or trade secrets to enter into a nondisclosure and proprietary rights assignment agreement.
Employee and Family Assistance Plan The CODC PRO Care Plan is an industry-funded employee and family assistance plan for employees and their eligible family members according to the participation of sponsoring organizations and employers as well as Plan eligibility rules. Employees must be enrolled in the Plan by their employer to become eligible for Plan benefits, subject to the Plan eligibility rules. An individual employee cannot self-enroll in the Plan. EMPLOYEE AND ASSOCIATION RIGHTS 4.1 Association business, discussions, and activities may be conducted by bargaining unit members or union officials on district property, whenever:

Goods, Works and Non-consulting Services All goods, works and non- consulting services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.
Employment Rights Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement will create any right or duty on the part of the Company or the Executive to have the Executive remain in the employment of the Company or any Subsidiary prior to or following any Change in Control.
Employment of Consultant CONSULTANT will perform as an independent contractor all services under this Contract to the prevailing professional standards consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession, both public and private, currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions, including reasonable, informed judgments and prompt, timely action. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional or national professional standards.
EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND PROTECTION A. Nothing contained within this Agreement shall be construed to deny or restrict to any employee rights he/she may have under the Michigan School Laws or the applicable laws and regulations. The rights granted to employees hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided elsewhere.
Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.
