Confidential Sources and Other Matter. The Insured’s rights under this Policy shall not be prejudiced by the Insured’s refusal to reveal the identity of a confidential source or to produce reporter’s notes or any other documents or information obtained by the Insured in the course of the Insured’s Media Activities with respect to which the Insured has asserted a claim of reporter’s privilege or other applicable First statutory or common-law privilege relating to the protection of newsgathering activities.
