Documents and Other Materials definition

Documents and Other Materials has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(e).
Documents and Other Materials shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.5(a).

  • Tariffs filed under this subsection shall be filed in conformance with §22.71 of this title (relating to Filing of Pleadings, Documents, and Other Materials) and §22.72 of this title (relating to Formal Requisites of Pleadings and Documents to be Filed with the Commission).

  • Reports shall be filed according to §22.71 of this title (relating to Filing of Pleadings, Documents and Other Materials) and §22.72 of this title (relating to Formal Requisites of Pleadings and Documents to be Filed with the Commission) except as specified in this subsection and subsection (g) of this section.

  • Electronic filings are registered by submission of the relevant electronic documents via diskette or the internet, in accordance with transfer standards available in the commission's central records office or on the commission's World Wide Website, and the submission of the required number of paper copies to the filing clerk under the provisions of this section and §21.31 of this title (relating to Filing of Pleadings, Documents and Other Materials).

  • Copies of confidential information shall be filed in Central Records in accordance with §22.71(d) of this title (relating to Filings of Pleadings, Documents and Other Materials).

  • On or before the date the prefiled written testimony and exhibits are due, parties shall file the number of copies required by §22.71 of this title (relating to Filing of Pleadings, Documents and Other Materials), or other commission rule or order, of the testimony and exhibits with the commission filing clerk and shall serve a copy upon each party.

  • Reports shall be filed according to §22.71 of this title (Relating to Filing of Pleadings, Documents and Other Materials) and §22.72 of this title (relating to Formal Requisites of Pleadings and Documents to be Filed with the Commission) except as specified in this subsection and subsection (g) of this section.

Related to Documents and Other Materials

  • Borrower Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.

  • Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.

  • Cover material means soil placed over a soil dispersal component composed predominately of mineral material with no greater than ten percent organic content. Cover material may contain an organic surface layer for establishing a vegetative landscape to reduce soil erosion.

  • Fertilizer material means a commercial fertilizer that either:

  • Electronic information means information presented or provided in an electronic format.

  • Shareholder Materials means the Fund’s prospectus, statement of additional information and any other materials relating to the Fund provided to Fund shareholders by the Fund.

  • Electronic Reports means any reports prepared by the Custodian and remitted to the Fund or its authorized representative via the internet or electronic mail.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, each Affiliate of such Person and each director, officer, employee, agent, trustee, representative, attorney, accountant and each insurance, environmental, legal, financial and other advisor and other consultants and agents of or to such Person or any of its Affiliates.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Other Documents means the Note, the Questionnaire, any Guaranty, any Guarantor Security Agreement, any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge, any Letter of Credit Document and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Borrower or any Guarantor and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Electronic Communications means any transfer of signs, signals, text, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or part electronically received and/or transmitted through the Cloud Service.

  • Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.

  • Catalogue of electronic communications means information that identifies each person with which a user has had an electronic communication, the time and date of the communication, and the electronic address of the person.

  • Other Representatives the Syndication Agents, and the Lead Arrangers.

  • Public Electronic Communications Network means an Electronic Communications Network provided wholly or mainly for the purpose of making Electronic Communications Services available to members of the public;

  • Approved Electronic Communications means any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material that any Credit Party provides to Administrative Agent pursuant to any Credit Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed to the Agents or to the lenders by means of electronic communications pursuant to Section 10.1(b).

  • Electronic filing means a document that is filed under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format or the act of filing a document under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format, as the context indicates;

  • electronic communications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the conveyance of signals by wire, radio, optical or other electromagnetic means, including satellite networks, fixed (circuit and packet-switched, including Internet) and mobile terrestrial networks, electricity cable systems, to the extent that they are used for the purpose of transmitting signals, networks used for radio and television broadcasting, and cable television networks, irrespective of the type of information conveyed;

  • Agents means, collectively, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.

  • Related Parties means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees, administrators, managers, advisors and representatives of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Electronic filing system means the system used by the board's records and information center to accept and publish documents filed electronically and which allows the public and parties to view most documents filed with or issued by the board on the board's Web site.
