Common use of CONFIDENTIALITY IN AUDIT PROCESS Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIALITY IN AUDIT PROCESS. 22.1. CONTRACTOR and COUNTY mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of CONTRACTOR’S client records and information, in compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA and California Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 5328. CONTRACTOR shall inform all of its officers, employees, and agents of the confidentiality provisions of all applicable statutes.

CONTRACTOR and COUNTY mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of CONTRACTOR’S client member records and information, in compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA and California Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 5328. CONTRACTOR shall inform all of its officers, employees, and agents of the confidentiality provisions of all applicable statutes.
