CONFIDENTIALITY IN AUDIT PROCESS. 22.1. CONTRACTOR and COUNTY mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of CONTRACTOR’S client records and information, in compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA and California Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 5328. CONTRACTOR shall inform all of its officers, employees, and agents of the confidentiality provisions of all applicable statutes. 22.2. CONTRACTOR’S fiscal records shall contain sufficient data to enable auditors to perform a complete audit and shall be maintained in conformance with standard procedures and accounting principles. 22.3. CONTRACTOR’S records shall be maintained as required by the Director and DHCS on forms furnished by DHCS or the COUNTY. All statistical data or information requested by the Director shall be provided by the CONTRACTOR in a complete and timely manner.
