Confidentiality of Information Submitted by Settlement Class Members. Information submitted by Settlement Class Members pursuant to ¶¶ 2.1, 2.2, 2.4 and 2.5 of this Settlement Agreement shall be deemed confidential and protected as such by the Settling Parties and the Claims Administrator.
