Contractors who utilize, access, or store personally identifiable information as part of the performance of a contract are required to safeguard this information and immediately notify the agency of any breach or suspected breach in the security of such information. Suweco will require that Publisher will utilize any kind of login information required from Particpating institutions's users exclusively for authentication purposes and that Publisher will not use any Personal data for other purposes neither provide them to any other entity. . Upon termination of this Agreement Suweco will require that Publisher proceeds to delete all login or other user authentication information and Client Personal Data.
