CONFIRMATION DE COMMANDE, CHANGEMENT DE. PRIX ET COMMANDE MINIMUM Suite à l’entrée de votre commande par «Le Vendeur», une « confirmation de commande » vous est automatiquement envoyée par télécopieur ou par courriel afin de confirmer avec vous les points suivants : adresse, prix unitaire, articles placés en commande et quantités, date prévue d’expédition, modalités de transport et votre numéro de commande. Lors de la réception par télécopieur ou courriel d’une « confirmation de commande », il est de votre responsabilité de nous informer immédiatement s’il y a des informations erronées. Si personne ne communique avec nous, votre commande sera acheminée telle que décrite sur la confirmation. N’hésitez pas à nous faire part de tout changement en ce qui concerne le numéro de télécopieur, la personne-ressource aux ventes, etc. Étant donné notre gestion de production « juste-à temps », «Le Vendeur» se réserve le droit de prolonger le délai de livraison selon les quantités commandées. Si tel est le cas, les dates seront changées et vous pourrez le voir sur votre « confirmation de commande ». «Le Vendeur» se réserve le droit de changer les prix et les spécifications sans aucun préavis.
