Common use of CONFIRMATION OF CARRIERS Clause in Contracts

CONFIRMATION OF CARRIERS. The Employer retains the right to confirm insurance carriers for any or all of these coverages. The parties agree to negotiate in a timely manner any change in the above coverages and the impacts of those changes. Nothing in this agreement shall prevent the parties from exploring and implementing with mutual agreement, alternative health insurance provider options.
