Rest Breaks. Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute break during each four (4) hours worked. It is the Employer's intention to provide uninterrupted rest breaks.
Rest Breaks. Employees will be allowed rest breaks of fifteen (15) minutes, either continuous or intermittently for each one (1) half shift of four (4) or more hours worked. Rest breaks should be taken at or near the middle of each one (1) half shift of four (4) or more hours. Rest breaks will be taken in a manner, which does not interrupt the flow of work. Employees will not skip a rest break.
Rest Breaks. Each employee shall be entitled to a rest break of fifteen (l5) minutes at or near the midpoint of each consecutive shift worked as scheduled by the University. Such rest breaks may not be accumulated from one shift period to another. Employees are on call during rest breaks and must be readily available to answer calls.
Rest Breaks. Periods during the scheduled shift during which the employee remains on continual duty and is responsible for assigned duties.

Rest Breaks. All Employees covered by this Agreement shall be permitted rest breaks at work stations during working hours as follows:
a) Ten minutes in first half shift.
b) Ten minutes in second half shift.
c) Ten minutes at the commencement of overtime provided that the overtime work is expected to extend beyond one (1) hours duration. d) Ten minutes between meals thereafter.
Rest Breaks. 33.1 All Employees shall be entitled to a paid rest break of 10 minutes duration in the Employer’s time after an Employee has worked a minimum of four (4) consecutive ordinary hours in any rostered shift.
33.2 Breaks will be taken at times as determined by the Employer, based on safe operational requirements.
33.3 Where an Employee works a minimum of 7.6 consecutive ordinary hours in any rostered shift (excluding the meal break), the Employee will be entitled to an additional rest break of 10 minutes duration in the Employer’s time.
Rest Breaks. A regular employee shall be entitled to one fifteen (15) minute paid rest break within each half of the full shift.
Rest Breaks. Employees working Monday to Friday will be entitled to: • 1 paid rest period of 20 minutes each morning, and a further 30 minute unpaid meal break. Employees working Saturday or Sunday will be entitled to: • 1 paid rest period of 20 minutes each morning, and where an employee works in excess of 5 hours, a further 30 minute paid meal break, at the appropriate rate.
Rest Breaks. Each employee shall be entitled to a total of two daily fifteen (15) minute rest breaks during each work day's work shift. Whenever possible employees shall take rest breaks at their work site where their work is being performed.
