CONFIRMATION OF SUBSCRIPTION OF LNG SERVICES. During the Contract Term, Shipper may submit requests to subscribe to LNG Services from Terminal Operator in accordance with the LNG Access Code. Any Services Confirmation Form duly completed and executed in accordance with the LNG Access Code shall constitute a “Services Confirmation” and deemed to be added as Attachment A to this LSA.
