The Licensee shall have the right to take reasonable steps consistent with applicable laws to avoid the unauthorized reception, use or interception of any of Licensee’s services, including, but not limited to, prohibiting and removing any unauthorized instrument, apparatus, equipment or device, which is designed, adapted, intended, or used to receive, use, intercept or fraudulently obtain any of Licensee’s services, in violation of law or any of Licensee’s rights under this License or any other agreement or instrument, and nothing herein shall be construed or is intended to limit, restrict or interfere with Licensee’s right to secure its system and to offer services only to duly authorized customers.
