Conflict Minerals Compliance. a. Sellers that provide Goods shall provide Goods that are “DRC conflict-free” in accordance with the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Act”). The term “DRC conflict-free” means (i) that a product does not contain any tantalum, tin, tungsten or gold (3TGs) necessary to the functionality or production of that product that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country; or (ii) such 3TGs were obtained from recycled or scrap sources.
