Import. 1. Each importing State Party shall take measures to ensure that appropriate and relevant information is provided, upon request, pursuant to its national laws, to the exporting State Party, to assist the exporting State Party in conducting its national export assessment under Article 7. Such measures may include end use or end user documentation. 2. Each importing State Party shall take measures that will allow it to regulate, where necessary, imports under its jurisdiction of conventional arms covered under Article 2 (1). Such measures may include import systems. 3. Each importing State Party may request information from the exporting State Party concerning any pending or actual export authorizations where the importing State Party is the country of final destination.

Import. In the event government authorities declare or otherwise impose countervailing duties, antidumping duties, or retaliatory duties on the Goods imported under this Subcontract, Honeywell reserves the right to terminate this Subcontract in accordance with the Termination provisions.

Import. 9.1 Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining, and complying with (i) all import laws and regulations, and government approvals or permits necessary to either import or use the Product at the Site, and (ii) all export laws and regulations, and government approvals or permits necessary to return the Product from the Site to CAE Healthcare upon the termination in whole or in part of this Agreement. CAE Healthcare shall comply with export laws and regulations for the export of the Product to the Site.

Import. Each Party shall provide all information under its control which is necessary or useful for the other Party to obtain any import licenses required for a Party to receive the other Party's property including, but not limited to, certificates of origin (NAFTA, etc.), manufacturer's affidavits, Buy America qualification, and U.S. Federal Communications Commissions identifier, if applicable. This information is to be provided within ten (10) business days of a Party's request.
