Conflict Preemption Sample Clauses

Conflict Preemption. To the extent of any conflict between this Section and portions of any state statute, local ordinance, City or Department policy, the provisions of this Section shall preempt such statute, local ordinance, City or Department policy only to the extent of such conflict.
