Common use of Conflicting Employment Clause in Contracts

Conflicting Employment. Executive agrees that, during his employment with the Company, he will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved during such employment, nor will he engage in any other activities that conflict with his obligations or responsibilities to the Company.
